Kevin Walsh

Kevin is an established and highly regarded solicitor and Head of our Commercial Property department with his focus mainly on commercial property transactions including sales, purchasing, development, non-contentious landlord and tenant work involving new leases and lease renewals and all matters relating to residential property.

He has been assisting clients with their property transactions for in excess of 15 years handling a diverse range of property types including retail units, offices, restaurants, gyms, bars, nightclubs, manufacturing, storage and warehouse premises.

Kevin combines specialist knowledge with the ability to discern the keys issues pertinent to each particular client and then providing clear practical and tailored advice on the best manner of addressing such matters in a way that can readily be understood by both novice and experienced clients alike.

He has extensive experience of working both for Lenders and Borrowers in respect of completion of Loans required to assist with the acquisition of property and often then with its redevelopment, handling loans from the major institutions to private lenders as well as bridging loans.

Kevin’s clients are drawn from all sectors including, property developers, advertising agencies, architects, letting and sale agents and those involved in the leisure and hospitality industry ranging from individual new start up businesses to established companies with diverse property portfolios.
